Digital product delivery
DesignStash currently sells digital products only. We do not charge for physical shipping and do not send parcels by courier or post.
How do you receive your files?
- Choose a product and proceed to checkout.
- Pay using an available payment method.
- After a successful purchase, Shopify makes the digital file attached to the product available to you.
- The download link is available on the order page, and a message with access to the file is also sent to the email address provided during checkout.
- Download the ZIP package and keep a local copy.
What if the file does not download?
If the link or download does not work, contact us through the Contact page or at lukass2tv@gmail.com. We will verify the order and help restore access.
Important
Products may require compatible editing software such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, Inkscape or another editor that supports the relevant file format. Compatibility details are listed on each product page.
