Terms of Sale

Terms of sale for digital products

DesignStash offers digital templates and graphic materials created mainly for auto detailing businesses. Products are delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

Purchase and delivery

Before purchasing, review the product description, included files, required software and compatibility information. After successful payment, the buyer receives access to the digital file attached to the product.

License

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright in the design unless a specific product description explicitly states otherwise. The buyer receives the right to use the product according to the license included with that product.

Reselling, redistributing, publicly sharing or offering the source files as a standalone product is prohibited unless the specific license states otherwise.

Prices, taxes and payments

Prices are displayed in the currency assigned to the buyer’s market. The final amount payable is shown before the order is confirmed. Taxes are handled according to the store’s Shopify configuration and applicable rules for the purchase.

Demonstration content

Sample prices, service names, contact details and wording contained in templates are for demonstration purposes only and should be replaced with the buyer’s own business information before publication.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted. Withdrawal and complaint rules are explained on the Refunds & Complaints page.
