Refunds and complaints for digital products

Products sold by DesignStash are digital content delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

If a file is damaged, incomplete, not as described, or you experience a problem downloading or opening it, contact us through the store contact form or at lukass2tv@gmail.com. We will first provide a corrected file, restore access or offer another appropriate solution.

Right of withdrawal

For consumers in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the right to withdraw from a contract for digital content depends on applicable law and on when delivery of the content begins. The right of withdrawal can be lost only when all legally required conditions concerning explicit consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgement of the consequences have been met.

If those requirements have not been validly satisfied, the consumer’s statutory rights remain unaffected.

Non-conformity

Regardless of withdrawal rights, buyers retain any mandatory rights relating to digital content that does not conform to the contract and any other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
