Car Detailing Price List Template: 7 Layouts Every Detailing Business Needs

Car detailing price list template and service menu layouts

A professional car detailing price list template does more than show numbers. It helps customers understand what you offer, compare packages quickly and decide what to book without sending three messages first.

For a detailing business, the best price list is not one giant table. Different situations need different layouts: a full service menu for your website or reception area, a square price graphic for Instagram, a vertical Story version, a package comparison and a focused add-ons sheet.

1. Full car detailing price list

This is your master layout. Use it to show your core services, starting prices and the most important details in one place. Keep service names short and group similar services together, for example exterior, interior, paint correction and protection.

A full list works well as a downloadable image, an A4 printout or a pinned social post. Avoid filling every empty space. Clear hierarchy is more useful than squeezing in every possible option.

2. Service menu

A service menu is often easier to read than a traditional price list. Instead of leading with prices, it leads with what the customer gets. This is useful when your services need a little explanation.

For each service, include a short outcome-focused description such as “deep interior clean and protection” or “single-stage polish to improve gloss and reduce light defects.” Then add the price or a “from” price where vehicle size and condition can change the final quote.

3. Package comparison

Package comparison layouts are one of the easiest ways to increase average order value. Put two or three packages side by side so the customer can immediately see what changes between Basic, Premium and Complete.

The goal is not to create ten packages. Too many choices slow the decision down. Three clear options are usually easier to understand, especially when the middle or premium package includes the services most customers actually want.

4. Mobile car detailing price list

If you run a mobile detailing business, your price list should make travel, vehicle size and optional extras easy to understand. A mobile list can include a service area note, minimum booking value, larger-vehicle surcharge and popular add-ons.

This is especially useful for customers finding you through Instagram or Google who want a fast answer before booking.

5. Add-ons and extras

Not every service belongs in a package. Pet hair removal, engine bay cleaning, headlight restoration, odor treatment, fabric protection or additional polishing stages are easier to sell on a separate add-ons layout.

That keeps your main menu clean while still showing customers how they can upgrade their booking.

6. Social-media price graphic

A square 1080 × 1080 layout works well for Instagram and Facebook. Do not try to copy your entire printed price sheet into it. Pick one category, one promotion or three best-selling packages and make the graphic readable on a phone.

Use a strong headline, large prices and one clear call to action such as “Book now,” “Send us your vehicle model” or “Get a quote.”

7. Story and booking CTA

A vertical 1080 × 1920 price or booking layout is useful for Stories, Reels covers and saved Highlights. Use it to present one service, a limited offer or a quick package comparison, then finish with a booking instruction.

What information should every detailing price list include?

  • Business name and logo
  • Clear service or package names
  • Prices or “from” prices
  • Short descriptions where needed
  • Important conditions such as vehicle size or excessive dirt
  • Contact or booking information
  • A clear next step

Keep the design consistent

Your price list should look like the rest of your business. Reuse the same logo placement, colors, typography and visual style across your Instagram posts, Stories, printed menus and service sheets. Consistency makes a small detailing studio look much more established.

Start with an editable template

If you do not want to design every layout from scratch, the DesignStash Auto Detailing Price List & Service Menu Pack includes eight coordinated layout types in social, vertical and print formats. The SVG master files can be edited in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer and Inkscape, and imported into Canva for customization.
